What the five conditions mean

Like New has no signs of use. Excellent is almost new. Good has light signs of use. Used has clear signs of use and the lowest price. All four of these work fully.

Limited is the only condition with a functional limitation. What does not work for this part is shown with your choice above and further down under What do the five conditions mean?

Warranty: 12 months on Like New, 6 months on the other conditions.

How to choose

  • Generation: not sure which AirPods you have? On your iPhone the model number is under Settings → Bluetooth → ⓘ next to your AirPods. The number is also inside the lid of your case.
  • Part: left, right or the charging case. An earbud and a case only work together within the same generation.
  • Condition: five conditions, from Like New to Limited.

The five conditions

  • Like New: no signs of use. 12 months warranty.
  • Excellent: almost new, works perfectly. 6 months warranty.
  • Good: may show light signs of use, works perfectly. 6 months warranty.
  • Used: clear signs of use, works perfectly. 6 months warranty.
  • Limited: works, with one functional limitation. 6 months warranty. A charging case only works while it is plugged in itself; an earbud from AirPods 1 to 4 reaches a maximum of 80% volume; on an AirPods Pro earbud, noise cancellation and transparency mode do not work.

Shipping and returns

Orders placed before 18:00 on a working day usually leave with PostNL the same day. You have a 14-day cooling-off period under our returns policy.

The charging case of AirPods 3 and AirPods Pro 1 comes with Lightning or MagSafe. You choose that on the page of the case itself.

How do you pair these AirPods?

  1. Place both AirPods in the case

    Put your existing AirPod and the new AirPod together in the charging case.

  2. Open the case next to your iPhone

    Hold the case open next to your paired iPhone or iPad.

    Zorg dat je iPhone de nieuwste iOS-versie heeft en laat je AirPods even in de case bij je iPhone opladen: hun firmware wordt dan automatisch bijgewerkt.

  3. Press the button on the back

    Press and hold the setup button on the back of the case until the light flashes white.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions

    Your iPhone recognises the new AirPods and completes the pairing.
