No, paying afterwards is not possible at Earbuds Restore. All payments are made immediately at checkout.
We have chosen this deliberately. By paying immediately, we keep our prices low and the process simple. No hassle with invoices or collections afterwards.

Yes, as long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can usually still change or cancel it. Be quick though – we ship within 24 hours.
Here’s how it works:
- Contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email
- Provide your order number and the desired change
- We will let you know if it is still possible
Has your package already been shipped? Then you can use the normal return procedure with a 14-day cooling-off period.

We offer five conditions. Each condition is fully tested and functional – the difference lies mainly in the appearance and the price.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship to all countries within Europe. From the Netherlands to Portugal, from Finland to Greece – we deliver everywhere.
Indicative delivery times:
- Netherlands: 1–2 working days
- Belgium & Germany: 2–4 working days
- Other EU countries: 3–7 working days
These are guidelines. The exact delivery time depends on the parcel service in your region.
Shipping costs depend on your location. At checkout, you will always see exactly what the shipping costs are for your order.

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the Track & Trace code. With it, you can precisely track where your package is.
Didn't receive an email?
First check your spam folder. Still nothing? Contact us with your order number, and we will resend the tracking information.
Returns & exchanges
You have 14 days to reconsider from the moment you receive your order. Within this period, you may return it without giving a reason.
Here's how it works:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email
- You will receive instructions for the return shipment
- Send the product back in its original condition
- After receipt and inspection, we will refund the amount
That depends on the reason for the return. We find it important to be honest and clear about this.
Earbuds Restore pays for:
- Wrong product delivered
- Defective product upon receipt
- Product not as described
You pay for:
- Wrong generation ordered
- Change of mind
- Product no longer needed
No worries, this happens often. Within the 14-day reflection period, you can easily exchange for the correct generation.
How exchanging works:
- Contact us
- You pay the return costs
- If the correct generation is more expensive, you only pay the price difference
- We will send the correct Earbuds Restore or case as soon as possible
Warranty & security
The warranty period depends on the condition of your product. For all products, you can count on a solid warranty.
Warranty periods:
- New products (condition: New) 12 months
- Refurbished (Excellent, Good, Used, Limited) 6 months
The warranty covers, for example:
- An earbud that suddenly stops working
- A case that no longer charges
- Sound issues during normal use
Attention
Damage caused by dropping, impact, or water is not covered by the warranty.
The legal warranty is your right as a consumer to a product that does what you can expect. There is no fixed term for this – it depends on the product and how long you can reasonably expect it to last.
Our 6 or 12-month warranty is in addition to that: an extra, clear promise from us to you. Within that period, we will help you if something goes wrong.
Yes, but with a nuance. At purchase, each product has at least 80% battery capacity. Normal battery wear due to use is normal – that is how lithium-ion batteries work.
However, if the battery deteriorates extremely quickly during the warranty period under normal use, it falls under the warranty and we will find a solution together.
Tips for longer battery life
- Store your Earbuds Restore in the case when you are not using them
- Avoid extreme temperatures (both cold and heat)
- Do not always charge to 100% – between 20-80% is best
- Preferably use a 5W adapter for slow charging
Product & conditions
Yes, 100%. We sell only original products (secondhand/refurbished). We do not sell replicas or counterfeits.
Each product is checked for:
- Serial and model number
- Sound quality left and right
- Microphone and noise reduction
- Bluetooth connection and pairing
- Battery capacity (at least 80%)
Absolutely. Every Earbuds Restore and case is professionally cleaned before we send it. For in-ear models (such as the Earbuds Restore Pro), the silicone ear tips are replaced where necessary.
You will receive a product that is clean, fresh, and ready for use. You do not need to worry about that.

Yes, collection is possible by appointment in Amsterdam. Contact us to arrange a time.
This way you can take your part or case with you immediately and possibly test it on the spot.
