1. Products

Earbuds Restore sells individual original parts for earbuds and accessories. Earbuds Restore is not a manufacturer and is not affiliated with Apple or other brands. Brand names are used solely for identification and compatibility purposes.

2. Prices

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

3. Orders and delivery

We ship orders within 24 hours, including at weekends and on public holidays. Delivery by PostNL takes place according to the carrier's schedule; shipping within 24 hours does not mean that your order will be delivered within 24 hours. See our shipping policy for shipping costs and expected delivery times by country. Your statutory rights in the event of delay or non-delivery continue to apply.

4. Warranty

The statutory conformity warranty applies to all products. In addition, we offer the Earbuds Restore warranty: 12 months for New condition and 6 months for the refurbished conditions Excellent, Good, Used and Limited. This commercial warranty does not limit your statutory rights. The Earbuds Restore warranty applies under normal use; damage caused by dropping, impact, moisture or incorrect use is not covered by this commercial warranty. In the event of a defect within the warranty period, we will bear the return costs. See the return policy for further conditions and how to contact us.

5. Right of withdrawal

The conditions for returns and withdrawal are set out in the return policy on this website.

6. Liability

Statutory rules apply to liability and compensation for damage. These terms and conditions do not limit your statutory rights.

7. Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
