Like New

Like New, with no signs of use. This condition comes with a twelve-month Earbuds Restore warranty.

Excellent

Looks excellent — almost new, works perfectly.

Good

Looks good — may show light signs of use, but works perfectly.

Used

Clear signs of use — the lowest cosmetic grade, but works perfectly, and the lowest price for a product that still works perfectly.

Limited — note: functional limitation

For Limited, appearance is not the deciding factor; there is a limitation in function. Which limitation depends on the part and is always shown on the product page before you choose:

  • Charging case — the case only works while it is itself connected to the charger. The earbuds therefore charge via an adapter or power bank; there is no wireless or on-the-go charging.
  • AirPods 1 to 4 — maximum 80% volume. A balance adjustment in your Bluetooth settings makes left and right equally loud; otherwise the earbud works perfectly. For AirPods 4 with ANC, noise cancellation and transparency mode are not guaranteed in this condition.
  • AirPods Pro 1, 2 and 3 — noise cancellation and transparency mode crackle and do not work. Off mode with normal sound works perfectly; there are no other faults.

Limited, like Excellent, Good and Used, comes with a six-month Earbuds Restore warranty.

Kan ik een los oortje kopen als vervanging?

Ja. Dat is precies wat wij verkopen: losse onderdelen per stuk. Alleen het linker oortje, alleen het rechter oortje of alleen de oplaadcase — geen complete set. Wij hebben losse onderdelen voor AirPods 1, 2, 3 en 4 en voor AirPods Pro 1, 2 en 3.

Werkt een los oortje met mijn bestaande set?

Ja, als het dezelfde generatie is (bij AirPods Pro 2 ook dezelfde aansluiting, Lightning of USB-C; bij AirPods 4 dezelfde uitvoering, met of zonder ANC). Leg het samen met je eigen oortje in de case, laat de case bij voorkeur 6 uur dicht aan de lader staan (Apple noemt minimaal 20 minuten) en volg daarna de vier koppelstappen op de productpagina.

Hoe weet ik welke generatie ik heb?

Op je iPhone: Instellingen → Bluetooth → ⓘ naast je AirPods → Modelnummer. Of kijk in het deksel van je case. De hulp in de kiezer zoekt het nummer voor je op; twijfel je, stuur ons dan een foto van de binnenkant van je deksel.

Zijn jullie producten origineel?

Ja. Wij verkopen originele Apple-onderdelen, geen namaak en geen replica. Het zijn gebruikte onderdelen: wij testen ze en delen ze in vijf condities in, van Nieuwstaat tot Beperkt. Op Nieuwstaat geldt twaalf maanden Earbuds Restore-garantie, op Uitstekend, Goed, Gebruikt en Beperkt zes maanden.

Ik heb de verkeerde generatie besteld: kan ik ruilen?

Ruilen kan. Meld het binnen de 14 dagen bedenktijd via Retour of annulering aanvragen en schrijf erbij welk onderdeel je wél nodig hebt; dan zetten we het om naar het juiste onderdeel. Liever je geld terug? Dat kan ook, volgens ons retourbeleid; daar staat ook wie de retourkosten betaalt. (Bij losse oortjes gelden de hygiëneregels uit het retourbeleid.)
